Meet Ron Cahoon Yacht Broker

As a native Cape Coder, I have been around the waterfront my entire life. The first time I docked our family boat at nine years old, I was hooked! I was lucky enough to purchase my first boat at 16 and back then we fished Woods Hole to Nomans Land.

Starting in the Boat Brokerage business in 1980, I found myself at home and never looked back. I have had the good fortune of meeting so many wonderful people and visiting some of the nicest waterfront areas in this country. I have met many influential people within the Boating Industry, one of the most being Buddy Davis. Selling new Buddy Davis Yachts was an exceptional experience learning from a Master Boat Builder.

I have made many friends in the Boating Industry which has allowed me the great experiences of fishing from Nantucket to Walkers Cay. I am proud to be one of the founding Members of the Falmouth Offshore Grand Prix Fishing Tournament starting in 1990, serving for 13 years and past Member of the Osterville and Nantucket Anglers Clubs as well as IGFA. I have been in countless Tournaments and caught my share of Gamefish.
One of the most memorable fishing trips allowed me to visit the Ernest Hemmingway Museum in Bimini and the next day we shoved off for Cub Cay to fish in the prestigious Governors Cup Tournament.

So when it comes to the Boating Industry let my vast experience and passion assist you in making informed decisions. I look forward to hearing from you.

See you on the Waterfront!
